NEITHER MAMUNUR RASHID NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH MAMUNUR RASHID MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MAMUNUR RASHID, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, source code, designs, marketing plans, and financial information. This obligation shall survive the termination of any business relationship for a period of three (3) years.
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the Site and all services. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of any other provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mamunur Rashid with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Site.
